We enjoyed our stay very much. Spacious and roomy with plenty of seating for all. The kitchen is well stocked. The game room was a fun spot. Plenty of outside seating around the fire pit as well. The host was quick to respond with any inquiries. The perfect mountain getaway!! We will be back.

Such a chic, lovely home, and beautiful, private property. The kitchen is a dream for anyone that loves to cook (as we do) and was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and anything you may need to cook. The views from the windows are like framed pictures, so pretty. The deck was really nice as well, nice seating and loved the firepit and the outdoor heaters were a perfect touch for the Fall weather.
The stay was perfect! Such a cozy cabin and close to many area attractions. Listing indicates two double beds, though and they were single. Overall, a wonderful experience.
The house and property were great. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The gas fireplace was great to take the fall chill out of the air. Lots of deer, turkey and squirrels and beautiful fall leaves.
House was very clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was well maintained. Peaceful location only a short drive into town. We stayed for a week and found plenty to do. Would highly recommend this property.
It was the perfect place to stay for the activities we had planned in and around Wellsboro.
Quiet. That is the number one thing we came for, and we got that, here. Just a short distance from town, main highway and all, but sitting outside of this cottage, all one hears is.... Nature. Love it! This place was very charming with a lot of character. It's a very old house at its core - 1890's ish, I think. And with that, you are going to have old-house traits: Creaky, uneven floors, low ceilings (I'm 6'1", and had to be just a little careful in some doorways. Never had to duck, tho!).... No worries, there are newer floors, newer carpet, newer paint. The heater works great! The kitchen is fully equipped. Good wifi, and it reaches outside. The whole place was clean. Pro's:Quiet Convenient to Wellsboro Clean Fully equipped kitchen Comfortable indoor seating Firepit/outdoor area Comfortable bed Creek alongside the property (although with the drought conditions this year, it was barely a trickle)Owner is reachable and very responsive Cons: There is a big streetlight just outside, off the property - if you are a dark skies person, that kinda kills that.
This is our 2nd time staying at this location. Gorgeous location, clean, easy access. Host was very accommodating and communicated very well. Highly recommend

We loved our stay here! Felt cozy and comfortable, and in a great location. The house is in a quiet area and the yard is large, but it’s also just outside of town and near lots to do.

The house was well set up and very clean. You can tell they put extra care in all around. The location was great. It’s pretty secluded and only a short drive into town. The road in was paved. We could see the Milky Way. It’s very peaceful and close enough to everything we wanted to do (PA Grand Canyon, Cherry Springs, and the Kinzua Bridge).
The property is very nice with lovely views. The home is very comfortable and warm. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the furniture and beds are comfortable. There was six of us at the house for a gal-getaway - it was our 15th year and we had a blast!

House is so clean and everything we needed was there. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace on the chilly evenings. The side steps were difficult for me, I have bad knees. A railing would have been helpful.
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all you would need. The property was very quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable. We utilized the hot tub numerous times. Can't think of anything that would keep us from staying here again.
Our trip was perfect. Fall fishing trip. Caught fish in Pine Creek and also enjoyed the fall foliage. The home was clean and as pictured. We had no problems. MVR was terrific. All the info needed was emailed and check in was smooth.
