If you want to stay in Nature's globe look no further! Instead of a snow globe I was in a cloud globe, sunrise globe, starry night globe… it is incredibly majestic. From inside the beautiful space all the windows frame the most loveliest pastoral scenes and the suns color reflect off the interior white paneling. I overlooked fireplace not working because the peace and serenity is unmatched- I would happily stay here again!

Beautiful rental property. Quiet, cozy, and clean! We loved the hot tub and privacy around the property. We were disappointed the fire place was not working. The listing also mentioned it was equipped with salt, pepper, oil, but it was not. We had to run to the store for a few basic spices and cooking oil, as well as a non-stick cooking pan. I would definitely recommend the kitchen be a little more equipped to accommodate guests who prefer to cook in. But overall, it was a wonderful stay for a weekend getaway. Loved the proximity to Wellsboro too. Great shopping and food options!

The home is as advertised. Peaceful and great for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. Home is in a great location for the local sites and just a short drive to the Finger Lakes. Definitely would rent again. Management was very quick to respond.

Wonderful experience! The house was spacious, very private, the views were exceptional. We enjoyed use of the hot tub, fire pit, and grill. At nighttime, you could see so many stars and a clear view of the milky way. The fireplace was currently not working when we rented but not too big a deal. The mattress in the master bedroom was pretty worn and sagged in the middle but the other two beds were great. We visited the PA Grand Canyon, hiked multiple trails, visited the town of Wellsboro, and hiked around Hills Creek Lake. MVR was very quick to respond to messages/questions. Would definitely come back!

The front porch is the best seat in the house.

We really loved this house! It is beautiful on the inside and located close to town, trails, and is in a lovely setting. We had everything we needed to make meals. It was VERY clean!! I would stay there again when we come back.

The house looks exactly like is shown in pictures-beautiful. The thing you don't get from the pictures is how comfortable and relaxing it feels. It is a beautiful home that made you feel at home. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was cozy and clean. The outside property was so peaceful and private. Seeing fields, mountains and wildlife all around you was inviting and peaceful. Not a lot of traffic on the road in front of the house so there is no truck noise. It was very convenient for my senior parents because the majority of the house is on level. Handrails at the steps may have been helpful for older people. But all in all, we enjoyed the stay, would go back again and highly recommend it. MVR Vacation Rental's always has very nice properties.

This place was more than perfect! It was surreal! The sun rise on the front porch as we sipped our coffee was breath taking each morning of our stay. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was also another sight to see. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook all our meals. The fire place out back was perfect for having an early evening fire and making smores, and we even utilized the gas grill to make burgers and steaks. The house was spacious, clean, cozy, charming, private, and beautifully decorated. Sunrise Ridge is a great place to unwind and recharge. . We really enjoyed our stay and it was exactly what we needed. Thank you again for hosting. I would definitely recommend or even return in the future.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend for the wineglass marathon in Corning and we had a great time! Resting our tired legs in the hot tub was just what we needed. The property is huge and very private, the nature around is beautiful and the interior is super cozy and has everything you need. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Our family had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful and spotless. The views were incredible. We felt right at home the second we walked in the door. A perfect spot to relax while enjoying all the area has to offer. We would definitely stay again while in the area.

Sunrise ridge is the perfect spot for a getaway. The pictures don't do it justice and the views from every where are breath taking. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Hot tub was amazing and they supply outdoor towels for the hot tub. House seems to be in the middle of nowhere but it's within a 5 minute drive to the town of Wellsboro. We will definitely be booking this house again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend. The house was wonderful- clean, cozy, spacious! It’s in a pretty remote and beautiful area.

We had THE BEST time here!!! Everything was simply amazing, our own piece of heaven for the weekend. The hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking, also in the cool early morning mist with a cup of coffee. Our family of 6 had plenty of space to relax. I would stay here 100 times over. Lots of beautiful hiking trails nearby and a quick drive in to town for restaurants and shopping. The biggest complaint I have is how hard it was to leave the house!!!! Also, if you plan on making bacon for breakfast, open the windows first so as not to set off the smoke alarms 😬

This was the nicest property I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. When I made a mistake with the locking mechanism on the door, management cheerfully arrived right away and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

A wonderful place to relax and unwind! The location was beautiful, peaceful, and well cared for. From watching the sunrise, enjoying the hot tub, chatting around the fire pit and watching the sunset, it was just what we needed. The host was very responsive and quick with replies.

We had a great stay during the weekend. The place is great for stargazing. my friend's family went to Cherry Springs for Stargazing and they said there was no difference. we were so glad as we arrived late night and chose to do Stargazing right in the backyard. The place was very clean and spacious. The location is very good and it was very easy to get to Watkins glen and Corning museum. My friend and kids tried the hot tub and they enjoyed it. The fire pit and grill look great, I am sure we would enjoy them if we have enough time to stay in. The host was very responsive and great to communicate. we appreciated very much. We would come back and stay for a longer vacation.

Last 15 years been coming to Wellsboro for few days- have done many different activities - even though ages change we still have fun/games. Families deserve a break to relax.

My husband and I were in PA to attend the Eastern Traditional Archery Rendezvous and I’m not a fan of camping. The home looked completely renovated and decorated beautifully. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows! Our favorite spot was the front porch because every evening we could get out of the sun and relax outside. Wellsboro downtown was a quick 5-10 min drive. I would definitely recommend this place. Quiet and peaceful

Very quiet and peaceful place, with an amazing interior. The beautiful surroundings and of course the hot tub were amazing things to have, even though we went when it was hot the amount of wind, because of the location, kept us from getting too hot while we were in the hot tub. The town of Wellsboro while a bit small is still very pretty, especially the fountain, and it’s full of nice people, I recommend the Wellsboro Diner for a nice, cheap breakfast or lunch. I give it a 9.5 out of 10 :)

We were happy to see that while being just minutes from town and shopping, the property was very private and set back perfectly from the road. We truly enjoyed watching the wildlife walk around (mostly behind the house) through the pastures and fields. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, with nicely appointed furnishings and plenty of space for us to enjoy our activities in. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in the hot tub and several evenings by the fire pit. One night we even marveled at all the stars we could see in the night sky, given that there was no moon and zero clouds to obscure the view. Most mornings we would enjoy our coffee out on the front porch, looking over the still growing corn fields and spotting deer or turkeys off in the distance. We definitely plan on coming back to this property again in the future!

A coworker and I stayed there two nights. The kitchen was spacious and beautiful and we enjoyed cooking instead of eating out. The property is very private, but close to Wellsboro if you need anything from a store or just want to be entertained. The hot tub was great after working a long day. Purely relaxing and beautifully newly remodeled house. Pleasure to leave it as perfect as when we arrived. It was wonderful. Nice hot tub privacy fence. WE bought and left S & P/Paper plates/TP/Paper towels that would have been nice to have supplied amounts that would sustain thru 5 day stay (not 2 days). Would have been nice to have a small supply of other items common with hotel stays such as Keurig coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We a great family 3 night getaway in the beautiful home. Located 5 mins from the grocery store and the town of Wellsboro. We were about 15-20 minutes from Pine Creek Outfitters where we enjoyed renting kayaks on the creek and a 2 mile hike in the forest. The home was very clean, updated, had a large rain shower, nice open field with your own privacy, a fireplace and area to sit outside. WE enjoyed the hot tub a lot! The kids loved our trip as well. The description for this home was right on!

I was so fortunate to spend a full week at this beautiful property. This place was everything I was looking for and so much more! I absolutely loved how spacious this ranch was. The property was very private with no neighbors on either side. Inside and outside fully updated and beautifully decorated . I spent every morning out on the front porch sipping my coffee while watching the sunrise. After a long day hiking or checking out local attractions we would spend the evening out back relaxing in the hot tub, watching the sunset, cozying up to a warm fire while star gazing. Star gazing is incredible here!! So, If you love the outdoors, surrounded by scenic countryside views , this is the perfect place! Also helps that Wellsboro is only a few minutes away and the PA Grand Canyon is about 15-20 mins away. We even took a drive to the Kinzua Bridge and Watkins Glen. There’s so much to do see and do here. Thank you again for an incredible week! Looking forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Sunrise Ridge rental. The house was immaculately clean and very inviting. The hosts were very responsive when we needed anything. The jacuzzi was also very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when we visit in the future.

Ive been in the Wellsboro area for about 2 months now for work. After staying at an MVR house in September their houses have been my go to. They're all great houses/cabins, the Shumway house is our favorite.

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway in the mountains, and Sunrise Ridge was the perfect place to stay. The house was immaculate and beautifully renovated. It was close to Wellsboro, which is a surprisingly quaint and pretty town in northern Pennsylvania. We played golf at nearby Tyoga Golf Course, which is an absolute gem in the mountains.
