This was a beautiful home with a convenient location close to town, both rims, and Pine Creek Trail. My family & I felt very much at home here and we would definitely rent this house again. The game room was such a great bonus. The home was clean (a few cobwebs but you are surrounded by trees) and they have a lot of information about the area available for you. The pictures are not deceiving in any way so you can trust the home to look like it does online. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Beautiful spacious home, great location, quiet, peaceful, close to downtown, Pine Creek trail heads. Everything was as represented and included enough paper goods, Keurig coffee pods etc., to last a few days. Home was spotless and very comfortable. House was ready early and that was communicated to us on the chance we wanted to arrive earlier. We have rented with MVR in the past and that location was as nice and clean and ready for us as well. Great place, great communication etc., Definitely would stay there again.

Great family friendly rental option in Wellsboro! MVR Vacation Rentals was great, responsive, and helpful. They also manage other nearby properties which I’d consider in the future too. This specific Airbnb was nice, clean, spacious and peaceful. My only advice would be for the owners to switch to white linens, makes us feel more comfortable as guests when an Airbnb has white linens so we can feel confident about the cleanliness (totally a personal preference and not a deal breaker) and to take the lock off of the Roku tv (couldn’t log in to our own accounts on any app or add any apps like Peacock so we could login to our own account to stream the Olympics).

Comfortable space and great location. Game room was a hit and a wonderful addition.

Property was great for my parents, my 12 year old son, and I as we traveled to PA for a wedding. Lots of room and the game room was a big hit!

The house is very nice, well-equipped, and comfortable. The driveway is a bit challenging at the entrance at the road, and pretty wet at the top. Other than that it’s a great place for a couple or small family to stay. Communications were excellent!

We loved our stay for our trip to the PA Grand Canyon. Access to Pine Creek, hiking and biking was great. Enjoyed going into Wellsboro in the evenings. The cabin was perfect for our stay and the game room was an added bonus. We will definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to the PA Grand Canyon!

Customer service is always huge for me when it comes to a review. To say MVR has great customer service is an understatement. We had a few hiccups along the way, however MVR helped us through everything and made sure we were set and good to go in the end. Communication was immediate, Megan is absolutely phenomenal! She was extremely helpful and I truly appreciate that! We traveled to go to cherry springs and see the stars however it didn't work out due to weather. We will have to try again and we will absolutely be using one of the MVR properties! Thank you to the team for everything this past weekend!

Beautiful, comfortable space. Lots of religious sayings throughout the house. Convenient to Piney Gorge Turkey Hike. Game run is in a separate building with heater to keep it comfortable.

Lots of hiking opportunities with beautiful state parks, lakes, and trails close by. Very close to the Pine Rail Trail and the PA Grand Canyon. Just 5 miles from Wellsboro. No way we could do all the area had to offer in one week. We will be back. The house is PERFECT and exactly as pictured. And cleaned beyond any I’ve ever rented in this price range. I truly felt I could eat off the floors. (No worries. I didn’t!)

My wife, two kids and I just got home from our week at this property. We absolutely loved it. It's fairly secluded in a beautiful setting. The location is great relative to the downtown area for restaurants/shopping (while still feeling like you're in a rural setting) and hiking - the two top things in our plans. The cabin is nicely furnished and overall has an updated look on the inside. The couches are super comfortable. Perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the firepit outside and the game room as well. Two small points to consider: 1) if you have small kids that like to run outside (ours are 1 and 3), the yard is not great for that. A bit older, it would be fine, but ours are still a bit wobbly. 2) We were very glad we drove our SUV rather than our car. That goes for the general area as well, not just the property. We'd love to stay here again if our vacation plans take us to northern Pennsylvania again. You will not be disappointed!

Very nice cabin, would definitely come back again!

We rented this cabin to be close to my family for a few days. It was honestly perfect for the three of us who stayed. Everything was clean, most everything was provided for and it was close to town. I only had a few small complaints but they are not major, and the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars. The A/C would not go below 70 degrees so it was better to keep the windows open. However, the main bedroom had no screens on the windows so bugs would come in. And when pulling out of the driveway, the mirror that’s used to help you see on the blind curb, it’s too small and it was really dirty to be able to see well. So I would have my fiancé just look for me before pulling out the drive way. I would honestly book this house again in a heartbeat! Thank you MVR for hosting us.

We loved visiting the PA Grand Canyon and this cabin in Wellsboro was the perfect place to stay! Close proximity to the town of Wellsboro with nice dining options and a few cute shops, and just a few minutes from the Darling run entrance to the pine creek rail trail, one of the best spots to see the canyon. The layout was good, although the front entry is sort of odd wasted space. They turned what looks to be an old closet into an extra half bath which was helpful to have with our group. The kitchen was a great place to cook and well stocked with most of the essentials. We appreciated the electric griddle for morning pancakes!! Beds were not the most comfortable, but had plenty of pillows and extra bedding and we slept fine. There were tons of towels, laundry detergent etc. We brought TP and paper towels after reading the listing but didn’t need them. We did almost run out of trash bags. Game room was lots of fun and the view from the front porch was lovely!

We had the loveliest time at this quaint little cottage. The cottage was so clean and the place was bigger than it appeared in the photos. It felt very cozy which is just what we wanted! The location is perfect, it’s right between downtown Wellsboro and the state parks/local attractions! We will definitely be back!

Very much enjoyed the common area and three good-sized bedrooms. The gas furnace was nice and it might have been nice if the woodstove was operational but it wasn't a big issue. The furniture was comfortable and everything seemed quite clean and well cared for. Really loved the town of Wellsboro, the Pop Culture shop, the movie theater, and then of course the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, both the overlook and the Pine Creek Trail.

If you are looking for a place to stay to explore the area of the Pennsylvania wilds, look no further! The location of the cabin was perfect. It felt like a secluded cabin in the woods while being only 5 mins from the charming town of Wellsboro. I brought my granddaughter up for a weekend and am so glad I settled on this cabin. There are 3 private bedrooms with comfy beds and 1.5 baths. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There is a Keurig with coffee pods and also a traditional coffee maker, but you will have to pick up your own coffee. The gas fireplace made to look like an old wood burning stove made our stay warm and cozy. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows by the fire pit with plenty of wood left for our use. You do need to bring your own toiletries. We had plenty of hot water and the Wi-Fi worked great! We were 20 mins from the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon where we hiked to the canyon floor. Wellsboro is a quaint little town with several fun shops, bar and grills and the Wellsboro diner which I highly recommend!

You should have either all wheel or 4 wheel drive as the driveway is steep.

Great layout with open kitchen/dining and living rooms. Bedrooms were a great size and it is always nice to have the towels and linens provided. We spent time visiting with family who live in the area, enjoyed the covered wagon tour, and walked throughout the town. The perfect fall weekend to be outdoors and enjoy time with family. The Tioga Hideaway is a perfect cabin for a party of 8 or less! Well-stocked kitchen, comfy large beds/bedrooms, large gathering table in an open concept space. Beautiful views of the sunrise from the large front deck and plenty of parking. Very conducive to anyone handicapped with one level open space and walk-in shower.

This place was great!! This home is super clean and spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has supplies and items that are needed. The location is perfect! It is also important to note that while not 100% handicap accessible for wheelchairs as there are a few small steps to enter back door with access code, someone who struggles with many steps would also be able to stay here. The shower has a small ledge to navigate, but the house is all on one floor. We may be back again with family! Very homey! Nicer than the pictures!!

We had a nice 3 day getaway to escape the hustle of business. The location was very well kept and clean. Whomever built or redesigned this home has a great grasp of form and function.  Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, just what we needed.  The weather did not cooperate as we were looking forward to some star gazing at Cherry Springs, but hey it happens.  Wellsboro itself has a nice small town vibe. First Fridays have quite a bit going on in the Main St. area.  We may visit again someday.

Everything about this rental was great! Very clean, well equipped, comfortable sleeping arrangements and location to everything we wanted to do. After Saturday's bike ride, we went back to find 3 cubs and mama bear hanging at the fire ring. Most exciting part of the trip for me. Will definitely be back!

Cabin has a great location, very clean and great layout.  Highly suggest.  A tad pricey but worth it!

Absolutely perfect location 5 minutes from town, super clean, well stocked spice cabinet, and the hosts communicate really well! My family and I loved the fire pit and gas grill too! If you want a cute, modern cabin for your PA Grand Canyon Getaway this is the place!!

Amazing place! It was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed for a weekend away with all the comforts of home.  We accidentally locked ourselves out as we left for hiking and the property manager had the doors unlocked before we got back.  Communication and response time was exceptional.

It is a beautiful property.  The house is spacious and well furnished and comfortable. It is well stocked.  The only downside - the driveway could be hard to navigate in bad weather.  Overall it is a great place to vacation.
