Always a good time on the creek...regardless of weather

We stayed at Loft 470-Ski Sawmill over Mother's Day weekend while our 2 daughters and their families tent camped nearby on State Forest land. We were delighted to spend the days with them fishing and hiking. We were equally delighted to spend the nights in the very comfortable Loft 470 accommodations with a nice bed, bathroom and efficiency kitchen. We got good sleep, enjoyed our morning coffee, and returned refreshed to enjoy our family each day.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The extra large island in the kitchen was perfect for our family to congregate and spend quality time together. Unfortunately we did have a lot of rain during our stay, so did not get to take full advantage of the beautiful environment, but hope to during our next visit.

Quite and convenient. 

My old college buddies and I had a great time. We were able to quickly access the hiking trails and scenic overlooks of the Grand Canyon of PA, as well as get into Wellsboro to enjoy the local scene. Best of all, we had 10 acres "at home" to enjoy all to ourselves.

Went up for a father/son trip with a couple buddies. Great location, close to the bike trails, and lots of room for the boys to run around in nature. The kids and dads had a great time. 100% recommend.

Very comfortable and convenient!

This was our second stay at this property but the first with our toddler. There was plenty of room for him to run and explore. Wellsboro was great for a weekend getaway. We look forward to coming back one day.

Location was significant decision factor for our desire to fish on upper Pine Creek. House was as shown on line. No unwanted surprises. Really enjoyed the 3 season room. We checked in after fishing and dinner. The lights were already on allowing us to gain access easily. Would consider a return trip.

The only complaint I can come up with is that we could not stay longer. This cabin was very well-appointed and positioned nicely for biking and fishing.

Beautiful peaceful location, spotless and comfortable

Cute home, in a peaceful setting.

We are a family that likes to go to new places and doesn’t often repeat vacations, and this is one of the very few that we’ve said “we want to come back here!”. The house is very well appointed with ample kitchen tools, towels, blankets, games, etc. The location is very close to hiking, biking and fishing. These are things we want to do more of when we come back. The house was surrounded by beautiful trees and lots of water. If I were to provide one suggestion for improvement, I’d say to move the fire pit because it was under water during our stay. Otherwise, I can’t think of a single other thing we would change. Thanks for sharing this lovely home with us and making it such a comfortable stay!

The cabin is beautiful. The property is close to some awesome trails and the very quaint downtown Wellsboro.

House was very clean with a great layout. No close neighbors with a great view. Short drive to downtown wellsboro and great restaurants. We enjoyed our weekend get away !!

The Hidden Haven is incredible! The home is immaculate and the kitchen has everything you could need. The setting is so peaceful and quiet especially at night when you can see the most spectacular stars. The location is convenient to exploring the area. Thank you for sharing this special place!

Our stay was perfect! We wanted to getaway for Valentine’s Day weekend and we really enjoyed the house and its amenities.

We stayed here for our 30th anniversary. It was everything we had hoped it would be, beautiful home, very peaceful and easy access to snowmobile trails. Will definitely stay again to try some hiking, thank you for sharing your beautiful space! .
