Description

Relax in style at our 2-story home, perfect for your getaway. This home sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 5 beds with 1 bathroom.  The comfortable living area provides the perfect setting for relaxation and quality time with your loved ones. Located near Ulysses, PA, you can easily explore Rainbow Paradise Trout Farm and Fishing Park, discover the rich history of the PA Lumber Museum, explore Black Forest and Wellsville, NY, or trailer your ATV to Denton Hill for outdoor adventures.

As you enter through the open kitchen and living room, you’ll find all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay including a Keurig, microwave, oven, and there is even a BBQ on the patio. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, DVD Player, and WiFi for your entertainment needs.



The main floor features two bedrooms, one with a Full-Size bed and the other with a Queen bed. A bathroom with tub/shower combo is located on this level. On the second level, you’ll discover two more bedrooms, one with a Twin and a Full Size bed, and the other with a Queen bed. Two split heat and AC units provide this home with air conditioning, additionally floor fans are provided to keep you comfortable.  



This location is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, with attractions like the Rainbow Trout Farm and Fishing Park, the PA Lumber Museum, Black Forest, and Wellsville, NY, all within close proximity, offering a range of adventures.



For your convenience, we provide a starter home kit with a limited supply of essentials, such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. Linens and towels are also provided. Your check-in experience is designed to be hassle-free and contactless.



Please note that this location has limited cell service. To ensure the safety and protection of our home and guests, two outdoor security cameras with audio monitor the front door and shed. We look forward to hosting you and providing a memorable stay in this picturesque area.

Some friends and I were out for the weekend for another friends wedding. This rental worked out great for us to be close to their farm. Would recommend!

My family and I had a great time staying at the Woodlands Bailey Hill Rental. The scenery was so beautiful and relaxing, we had seen some deer walking around, we love how private and peaceful the area was. The home was very clean, it had enough room for the five of us, and had a warm, cozy feeling to it as soon as you walked in. The hostess at MVR Vacation Rentals was very friendly, helpful and responded very quickly to us whenever we had any questions and we really appreciated it! We will definitely be back and thank you again!

A group of friends stayed here for a nearby wedding and it was perfect for what we needed. Cute and secluded cabin. We loved having the fire pit and grill.
