It's a great place to stay by the Lake with a group of people!

This was a lovely spot for a family getaway. Quiet, quaint, very sweet. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful property! Everything was very well equipped for a large party! Location was super convenient to visit Watkins Glen state park and other finger lakes attractions! Highly recommend! Just be mindful that the lake does not have swimming permitted due to Algae- other than that the place is gorgeous in a quiet neighborhood! We’ll definitely return in the future!

The only issue was we had a death in the family and had to leave early. We were basically told too bad.. We asked for a partial deduction or refund. We lost 2 days of our stay which was hard enough due to situation. There should be a policy for extenuating circumstances like this.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Lodge on the Lake. The property was well equipped, exactly as presented in the listing. Both the main house and carriage house are comfortable and inviting. It is centrally located for the activities we wanted to enjoy around Keuka Lake/Hammondsport and Watkins Glen. We hope there will be an opportunity to go back and enjoy the Lodge at the Lake again!

Loved this property! Perfect for our family - grown children has their own space seperate from the main house. Tons of room and great fire pit!!

This property was centrally located between Seneca and Keuka lakes, situated on a peaceful spot at Lamoka Lake, and the house itself was beautiful. Highly recommend, especially for a larger party.

A very relaxing weekend going to wineries and sitting by the water. Beautiful views from the home! The home is very clean and comfortable!

We had a group of 6 for a long weekend for a mx race. This was a gorgeous property, very clean, had everything we needed/wanted. We enjoyed the fire pit by the lake every evening. Hope to stay again next year.

The house was perfect for a girls' weekend! 6 of us arrived to the lake front property and everyone had their own bed between the front and back house, which was nice. We used the kayak and paddleboards on property. It was quiet, which was perfect to relax. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. Only negative would be that the pillows could use replacing. Very flat. So bring your own. Otherwise, perfect place to unwind and relax. We will be back. Our code for the house was wrong in the email but we called right away and management figure out that it was a typo. After that it was smooth sailing.

The Lodge at the Lake was great. Loved having the second space over the garage. It was perfect for 2 families to have separate spaces.

Beautiful place to stay for a long weekend. Serene environment and immaculate houses. They were both very clean, maintained nicely and safe. My group stayed here for a bachelorette weekend in the finger lakes- we will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful with a great open layout perfect for group gatherings. The view from the livingroom is stunning. We especially enjoyed the canoe and kayaks. Lake Lamoka is shallow, so we never were concerned about falling out of the canoe or kayak (we managed to stay dry) and the lake is preferable to busier lakes. There are some motorized boats on the lake, but they were quiet and cautious when we were paddling nearby.

The house was spotless and exactly like the pictures!! Roomy and has plenty of everything needed for a large group! The extras like kayaks, canoe, corn hole game and little touches like flashlights, coffee, some pantry items were very convenient and appreciated! Great place! Definitely recommend;)

Lodge at the lake was a beautiful home and we enjoyed it with the group of 10 of us (3 kids). Access to the lake was awesome and great local breweries and wineries!

We had one minor Incident with the air conditioning but it was fixed extremely fast and the hosts were super efficient. Had the best time ever! Even had the opportunity to celebrate a surprise engagement. Looking forward to staying at another one of these properties soon!

I can honestly say that there was not one thing missing in the attention to detail on this house and property. Beyond my expectations in how well it was stocked. Very clean and minimalist as far as decor which I love especially when you are at a VRBO. The outside space was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us from lakeside campfires to fishing off the dock. Would definitely return. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

This house was absolutely perfect in every way. Within minutes, I felt right at home. Between the incredibly well stocked kitchen, loads of linens, and the comfort of the furniture, I could have stayed a year. The lake was absolutely beautiful and my kids were occupied all day kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. We loved watching the birds at the feeders from the back deck and building a fire in the pit at night. Also, the check in and check out process was simple. I truly loved every minute of this too short get away. Thank you!

Lodge at Lake Lamoka was by far the best AirBnB we've stayed at! We were a group of 10 (7 adults and 3 kids) and we would give more than 5 stars if we could. The interior of the main house was tastefully done (our kids enjoyed the upper floor especially), the view if the lake truly amazing. The place was well stocked with most things we needed during the stay (eg condiments, trash bags, detergents, kayaks and even life jackets for kids!). We also appreciated the thoughtful selection of activity books and games for the little ones. We had an incident where one of the bathroom locks wasn't working well, and the host was very responsive even through late hours. Highly recommend this place, and we'd love to be back!

My family stayed at MVR on Lamoka Lake and it was perfect. There is plenty to do - lawn games, boats, deck to sit out on, brand new grill, games for children. There were more kitchen supplies than what was listed - well stocked with everything you would need to prep meals. There is a beautiful fire pit near the water and plenty of lawn chairs to gather around.
Hammondsport is only a 5-10 minute drive away with plenty of local shops and an ice cream place. Finger Lakes Brewing Co. is also close by and easy to get to.
The check-out time on the listing says 11am, but we came to find it was 10am per signs inside the house and the “welcome” book.
Other than that, the instructions were clear and everything was easy from the time we got there to the time we left!
Would 100% recommend MVR rental!
