We had a group of 10 stay here over Labor Day weekend. This home went above and beyond our expectations. Beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. Perfect location if you are looking to ride your ATV. Can ride right from the house, without having to trailer your machine. Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a mini-family reunion--11 of us and needed a place within ~4 hours from Pittsburgh and ~ 4 hours from Kingston NY as we only had 3 nights to get together. House was super clean, incredibly well-equipped throughout (kitchen, laundry, games, kids toys and books, BBQ grill, lush towels, etc), new appliances throughout (way nicer than the ones I have at home....truly). Floor plan of upper floor was PERFECT for us as the 3 youngest in the family are 10 months, 12 months and 2.5 years---huge open space gave these little ones tons of space to crawl and play. The 12-month old could push his wagon (walking) by himself 20 feet from living room over to kitchen--he was so happy! We enjoyed several outings (a 30-min drive to short 1-mile round trip hike to scenic overlook (doable even with the little ones) then a half-day trip into Wellsboro). The property is super quiet, very cool at night (August) (no AC needed), and a beautiful, calming view. Huge wrap-around deck--perfect for the 2.5 year old to run run run! Clearly the owners put a lot of thought and care into outfitting this property. We all made some great lasting memories from our time together here. I hope other families get to enjoy it as much as we did.

Beautiful house in very picturesque setting! Very comfortable and the house had clearly been professionally cleaned. The stargazing from the balcony at nights was just amazing. And I absolutely loved how kid-friendly the house was - they had a high chair, and a bin full of toys as well as board games for all ages, from chutes and ladders and Sorry to Catan. The only thing that could make the house better would be to add a dresser or wardrobe to the 2 downstairs bedrooms that have neither dressers nor closets, and to add some hangers into the closets. It would just make it more comfortable to be able to hang up clothes or put them in a dresser rather than live out of a suitcase for the time there, but that would just be a cherry on top of an already great place.

We had a wonderful time. Easy access to the house and ATV trails. Enjoyed the views and wildlife. The bear stopped by for a brief show a few days and we saw deer every morning. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. House was complete with almost everything we could ask for. Our group certainly looks forward to returning next year!

Was a great house for our family to gather! Large open main area, nice bedrooms. Deck was awesome, and a very peaceful setting. Enjoyed the view, the walking trails and being so far away from the road. Safe for the children to play outside. Thanks!

Property was just as expected. Well stocked kitchen and linens. It was a great place to get off the grid. Shopping and conveniences are about 20-30 minutes away. Mountain views and night time stargazing were without compare. The Germania Hotel, and the little country store were a blast from the past with delicious burgers and cheese steaks. The only drawback was a very rutty, rocky drive to the property, but that was disclosed and expected. We will definitely be back.

Very private with lots of room! We had 10 people and 6 ATVS with trucks. Easy access to the trails. Kitchen had all the necessary tool to cook 3 full meals and breakfast. All furnishing were very comfortable, big table for eating, very nice living room where we could all sit and visit. Not 1 person complained about the beds (it is hard to please everyone). The fire pit and deck were also a great place to gather and visit. Everything as advertised, will be back again.

Beautiful and clean place. Lots of space for our big group. Watching the stars at night was spectacular. Beds were comfortable, we have no complaints!

We had a wonderful time. The view from the back patio was stunning and the stars were easily seen on a cloudless night. The kitchen was full of useful appliances (toaster, griddles, etc), and there were extra chairs and games available. There was also a large selection of children’s toys for our toddler. It was a relaxing stay for our large group and everyone felt right at home.

This place was beautiful. Slept 10 of us with room to spare. Plenty of items we brought up we did not need. So be aware they have cornhole boards, fire pit, tons of games, horseshoes, pizza oven, crock pots, two griddles, so basically any kitchen appliance you will need for your stay! Only thing was the Grill. It is a charcoal, which is not a bad thing, but for 10 people staying it really could have been a bigger grill. That is my only complaint, which as a whole is not even that big a deal! This place was wonderful, close to the forest trails and was worth the price!

Nice house for our stay. It was exactly what we needed for our family of 5. There was somethings I would change but definitely not a deal breaker on whether i would go back or not. It was a fantastic house and worked for what we needed

Kettle Creek Hills Lodge is an amazing house for a large family or several families! 4 families shared this house while we were in the area for the Pa Little League State softball tournament. This house is located in a beautiful location and is outfitted amazingly. It was the perfect home base for us for a week, felt like a home away from home. Such a well set up house from the floor plan, bedrooms, and amenities included. The property management company was wonderful to deal with as well! Quick response to emailed questions and were willing to help us out with our flexible schedule needs! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

MVR Vacation Rentals are great hosts! Their communication was excellent and professional. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. We will keep their place in mind for future lodging needs!

Property was just as described. We were a group of motorcyclists that found the property perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend the roads throughout the area for other bikers. Roads were twisty with elevation changes and hardly any traffic.

This pristine house is the perfect remote place to enjoy a view that goes forever as you rest and relax or travel a short distance to ride bike or hike in several state parks. We explored 3 state parks in 3 days.
