Attended the Dickens Christmas in Wellsboro which was nice and stopped at a few antique shops

We love everything about the Spike Camp! The location is perfect and it truly feels like home. We are looking to purchase our own cabin one day, but in the meantime, we will keep coming back because it feels like we are staying in place we could call our own. No issues what so ever, very easy and convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay, so much that we rebooked again before we left. It is the prefect little place for our family to stay for a weekend getaway. It felt like home and had everything we needed. Look forward to our next stay!

Its a very quiet place but near some of the local attractions and hunting/fishing spots.

Rented this place for my boyfriend and I for his birthday and we enjoyed it a lot! It is very close by the main attractions such as the Grand Canyon of PA and a cute walkable town called Wellsboro, both within 20 minutes of driving. My only complaint would be that the water filler on the fridge didn’t work but the host was super quick to respond in less than 5 minutes at 7 am to help us out! That was really appreciated! Additionally, when we went to shower after the hike, the water smelled like sulfur, so we decided not to shower, however the host did inform us that there is a high mineral content. The hosts really did great at communicating! Overall, would recommend for a quiet peaceful weekend!

Everything was as expected. Comfy neat and clean. Lots of wildlife in the area. And close to good restaurants.

Easy check in and very accommodating. Enjoyed having a fire pit with wood for cooking hotdogs and s’mores. Very clean and peaceful

I've stayed here three times now. It's a great place if you are looking for a quiet place to get away. Still it's close to several of the local attractions in the area.

Everything was as described and the stay was very nice and comfortable. Perfect location for seeing the Grand Canyon during the day, and visiting the Cherry Springs dark park at night. There was plenty of space for all five guests we had, and the kitchen was very nice and easy to use. Surroundings were beautiful as well. I had one question for the host and it was answered very quickly. Thank you!

Great little cabin, our group was kayaking Pine Creek and it was about a 30 minute drive. Love, love, love that wood was provided for the fire pit as we like our fires. Beds were comfy, and the kitchen had what we need. I’d say the only drawback was that the bedrooms had curtains instead of doors. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

Great cabin with a great location to the Pine Creek Gorge.

We found the cabin to be exactly what we expected, the photos were accurate and the cabin was clean.

Enjoyed our stay. Wifi was there, however you had to have streaming services on your own to sign in to. We were asked to remove our shoes upon entering, however the "mud" room was in another room. There was no where to hang coats other then the bedrooms. The steps were made of the same material that fire escapes are made with rubber coverings on most of the steps. There was no hand railing on the steps. As someone with bad knees and the wet leaves, it did not appear safe

Enjoyed our stay. Pine Creek wasn't easily reached from the location by walking. Place was clean and neat.

Very quiet location. Firewood provided for outside fire pit, even though we did not use it. The shower is VERY small, think workshop utility shower. The bed was comfortable, the couch - not so much. Its an old hunting cabin with a makeover.

Great property on a very quiet street and was very cozy to stay inside during the rain! Kitchen had everything we needed, recommend if you are looking to stay in the area.

Great cabin for the weekend. Had everything we needed. Clean, updated, and in great location. Everything you needed to know was laid out well in the welcome folder. Would definitely rent again if my legs ever recover from the 50 miles I ran.

Very nice place. We did have a little difficulty, but the owner was quick to assist and make sure everything was taken care of. Would stay again.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay. The hosts had great resources for things to do in the area and the space was very welcoming. With only a slight GPS mix up on our way there, it was easy to navigate once we figured it out. The space was clean and the area was very quiet and peaceful.

Stay was great. Very peaceful area. Only feedback would be the stairs to the loft and the bathroom was a little tight but otherwise a great stay

The practical open layout of the living space in the cabin was great! The host positioned some strategic task lighting, nightlights, and flashlights around the space too make it easy to move around without waking everyone. The live edge kitchen counters are beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and beds comfortable. We bought some Smores chocolate from Highland Chocolate in Wellsboro to complete the firepit activity. The cabin is located in a quiet, but not isolated spot. The House Rules were simple and practical to follow. We'd definitely recommend Spike Camp for people who want an outdoorsy experience without roughing it.

Easy to find and great communication. Very clean and well organized. Clost to towns and attractions. Will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing this great cabin.

Perfect place to stay no matter what time of year!

Great stay near Cherry Springs State Park and the PA Grand Canyon. The heater took a while to get going so we were cold for the first night but fine for the other days.

The spike camp location was very nice, very clean. Everything we needed (outside of food) was there. The neighborhood was peaceful and the site wasn't too far away from nice towns and outdoor activities. Would definitely recommend.

Great place and nice facilities

The cabin was clean & spacious, plenty of room for the 6 of us. It's close to everything we wanted to do, in the Canyon & the surrounding area.

Love the location, we didn’t get to the star park [Cherry Springs State Park] but watched the meteor shower from front yard.

The house was very clean and well taken care of. It was in a quiet area. Neighbors were friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Newly renovated vacation house, worked great.  The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. There was coffee and filter, olive oil, spices and sweetener.  Full size refrigerator.  Quiet neighborhood and easy to find with the directions. The stairs are somewhat steep to the loft bedroom, worked great for a teenager.

We had a lovely time staying in this property.  It was a in a perfect location to visit Pine Creek Gorge and to walk parts of the Susquehannock Trail System.  The property had everything it needed to be comfortable.  We had a very peaceful stay!

We had a great time viewing the stars and having good food.  Responsive and accommodating host.  Good for groups and a weekend.

Very clean place.  The hose was extremely good at communicating when we had a question.  Definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet place to stay at the end of your day of exploring.
