Wellsboro Winter Celebration

We might be a little partial, but Downtown Wellsboro is one of the most beautiful places to be to enjoy the majesty of the winter season. The gaslit main streets truly take you back in time when they have a coating of snow – just ask anyone who has ever visited us for Dickens of A Christmas when even the locals are dressed up in Victorian attire!

A little more modern, Wellsboro Winter Celebration is full of winter games and activities for all ages! The ice carvings are a spectacle to behold whether you stumble upon them while they are being created or once they have been finished. This event will take place on February 10 (perfect timing to make those last minutes Valentine’s Day plans and pretend you were ahead of the game).
