Laurel Festival 2022

Wellsboro, PA is proud to host the PA State Laurel Festival annually in mid- June. This week- long event began in 1938 in an effort to boost the town’s economy while celebrating the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, home to plenty of our state flower – Mountain Laurel.

Throughout the week you can find fun for the whole family! There’s always plenty to browse and enjoy on the Green with an arts and craft fair Friday and Saturday, a queen’s pageant featuring high school seniors from across the sate, a pet parade, a children’s health fair, several musical concerts, and of course – the 2 hour parade on Saturday.

This year’s event will begin on June 11 and run through the 19, don’t miss your chance to experience all the beauty that this event has to offer!
