This fully renovated 2200 sq foot, two-story farmhouse sleeps 2-8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa, offering several gathering areas and a hot tub!  The light and airy decor of the house makes for a refreshing retreat while you relax in the spacious living room with fireplace, Smart TV, and free wi-fi; or in the reading area with lots of books and board games. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table put together in the fully equipped updated kitchen. The first floor is complete with a mudroom/laundry area, small work area and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Retire to the second floor, choosing the master bedroom with a new queen bed, fireplace, Smart TV, as well as a private entrance to the shared bathroom with shower. Or choose one of two other bedrooms- one with a new queen bed/Smart TV or the other with a new full-size bed.  All linen and towels are provided. 

The outside does not disappoint.  Enjoy the beautiful scenery and tons of wildlife to watch for from the hot tub in the outdoor living area.  There is a gas grill on the farmhouse deck to enjoy outdoor dining. This is a great private location for walking, biking, and picnicking at our large pond that guests are welcome to use, at their own liability, for catch/release fishing.
