The property was in a great location, very clean and loved the Beaver theme. It had everything provided you could ask for. We will be staying here again.

Rest and relaxation was what we we’re looking for and we found it.

This place was perfect for us, a middle aged couple. This location is within an hour of Seneca Lake and very close to the PA Grand Canyon. Very clean and nicely appointed. The only minor thing I would point out is that the fire pit is located on a slope and the footing can be tricky when the ground is damp. Other than that, this was the perfect location for our four day getaway.

We loved, loved, loved, staying at the Beaver Dam Lodge! It was beautiful inside and out and we had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. We spent everyday hiking in the state parks in the area, and the house was the perfect place to return to at the end of the day. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend the Beaver Dam Lodge.

beautiful log home, nicely decorated. we had a relaxing time, ate well at local restaurants, did a day trip to corning glass which was great! we plan on coming back.

The cabin is exactly as pictured. The location is perfect. We loved watching the wildlife.

We spent Memorial Day weekend at the house. The place is very nice and peaceful. The house was very clean and nice. We would recommend to spend time for others at this place.

The property is in a great location for getting away. A stone's throw away from Hills Creek State Park. The house is in a great spot to see all forms of wildlife. All kinds of birds, family groups of deer and other critters. The lodge itself has anything you need to relax and spend some time with the family!

Third time staying at Beaver Dam Lodge this year. We love it there and will be coming back soon!

Cozy cabin that was very neat and clean. Lots of wildlife viewing from all windows of the cabin. Beautiful sunset viewed from the living room window. Would recommend staying here.

Our 3rd or 4th stay. We like the private setting. House is perfect for the two of us. The house is always clean and comfortable.

A no nonsense check in and reservation transaction. Followed up by a very relaxing couple of days. You can sit on the porch for hours and watch the birds, squirrels, and chipmunks collecting seeds. And the deer moving throughout the surrounding property. The house is extremely clean and nicely appointed.

The house is great. Conveniently located to all the area attractions. Clean and newer.

Absolutely beautiful, cozy place to stay in an awesome, private setting! Saw a bear in the yard as well as deer and other wildlife. The cabin is very clean with a nice open layout and beautiful decor! I would highly recommend this place to stay and definitely plan to return hopefully soon!

I am local to the area and rented this for family coming in.  They loved the property and saw lots of wildlife around the house.  It was very clean and comfortable stay.

This property was top notch in every way. It was comfortably furnished and accented tastefully with seasonal decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and service ware. We had regular visits from the local deer and various birds, who were enjoying the well-stocked feeders on the property. The bed was comfortable, and somewhat amazingly, there was really good Wi-Fi. Operationally, we didn't have much need to reach out to them, but when we did, they were responsive. Definitely a place we hope to return to.

This is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing few days.  Everything was beyond clean and I especially appreciated the quality of the sheets and towels.  When I stay in rentals like this I often bring my own sheets.  I was pleased that they didn't have to be unpacked for this trip.  The host was responsive to questions and provided lots of helpful information.  I would highly recommend this location and look forward to being a repeat visitor.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this lovely house in the woods on a little vacation to visit state parks in the area and loved everything about it! Check in was easy and we had no problems with anything. House was clean, well maintained and decorated with little beaver statues and other outdoorsy decor. There were multiple wildlife feeding stations on the property that were frequented by squirrels and deer. Owner was great to work with and answered all my questions quickly. Kitchen had everything we needed and bed was super comfy. We will definitely be back to this cabin/house in the woods in the near future! Thanks for a great stress free few days!

Beautiful location in the woods. Other homes nearby but still very private. View is lovely and the wildlife that surround the home is a bonus!

Very well kept, clean home and property. Cozy and comfy from the thermostat controlled fireplace. The owners have taken special care with the decorations which make one feel they are truly in a country cabin but with all the modern amenities.

My only suggestion would be to add brighter lights. The lighting made it more of a challenge for reading at night.

One last thing - we had a blip with one area in the kitchen regarding electric. However, after trying some things ourselves I made a call to the manager who then called the owner.

This was attended to immediately and communication was the best and very much appreciated.

A lovely cabin! Relaxing location for the holidays with plenty of parks/trails nearby for some hiking. The cabin itself was very clean, wifi was fast, and hosts were responsive to any inquiries. Great stay!

Had a wonderful long winter weekend! The property & cabin were well maintained and updated. We had everything we needed, and loved all the extra little touches. The cabin stayed warm and cozy in the freezing windy weather. We will absolutely be coming back!

This property was perfect for the two of us! We enjoyed the cozy, welcoming lodge, watching the deer and birds and beautiful sunsets.  We went on several hikes to the PA Grand Canyon and Hills Creek State Park.  Beaver Dam Lodge is beautifully and comfortably furnished and we loved seeing all the antiques.  The fall decor was great! Communication prior to our visit was friendly and prompt.  We look forward to a return visit!

My husband and I arrived on Thanksgiving. Wendy was kind enough to allow us a early check-in "based on availability of course ". That was awesome. This by far was the nicest and cleanest place we've ever stayed at. Absolutely beautiful. When we arrived, it was so welcoming. The Christmas tree lights were on, the cabin was warm and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. They went above and beyond decorating the cabin.

Had a lovely few days in this retreat--enjoying wildlife. The lodge felt warm, cozy and welcoming. We appreciated the proximity to the state park, and an easy drive into Wellsboro. Hope to return.

This is a great cabin tucked back with all of the amenities of a modern house. It was the perfect combination to unwind from a crazy time. The interior was spotless and everything seemed brand new, extremely clean as well. Communication was great leading up to my stay. Highly recommended and can't wait to be back again!

Nice place! Quiet and secluded.

This was a great place to stay! Just far enough in the woods but yet close to town. Everything was clean and neat. I will say the pictures make it look larger than it is. We had my 4 year old with and while we didn’t have any problems I wouldn’t say it’s kid friendly. All the wildlife around was awesome. Definitely a place to return to!

This place was great for us. We were close to the parks for hiking and bike riding. We were close to Wellsboro for dinner in the evening. The home was clean and had what we needed. We loved the candy and Halloween decorations.

Beaver Dam Lodge was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! It is even nicer than the pictures. It was perfect for the two of us. Sitting outside with a fire pit reach evening was so nice.

It was close enough to Wellsboro to go for dinner and we recommend the Steak House. It was only an hour to wineries in the finger lakes.

The PA Grand Canyon was really beautiful to see.

I would have loved to stay longer as the cabin was so cozy!

We had a great week in the mountains. The house suited us well with lots of wildlife to watch from the windows. Nice and quiet. The added Halloween decorations were a nice touch. Having Hill Creek State Park was ~1/2 mile away a real plus for us.

The drive up to this property was gorgeous! The home is nestled in the woods overlooking the mountains. We loved evening time with beautiful sunsets, nightly visits from deer and campfires each night. The home was the perfect size, very pleasantly decorated and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the nearby lake, went on picnics, road bikes down the Pine Creek Rail Trail, played golf at nearby courses, drove up to a canyon scenic overlook, went apple picking, shopped at local stores, went into town for ice cream and took a ride to charming downtown Corning, NY. We loved every second in this beautiful area and at this property! Can’t wait to return!!

This is a sweet home with great amenities, all brand new. Near awesome outdoor adventures and a short drive to Wellsboro with a lovely downtown.

This clean and well appointed property was a great get-away. We enjoyed both the town, hiking, and the clear night skies.

We had a wonderful and relaxing vac. The lodge was so beautiful and well kept inside and out!! We just wanted a no hurry no worries family time week and that is exactly what we got!! We are outdoors people and this was perfect for us. We will definitely be retuning again. I think our favorite part was sitting on the porch just watching the deer coming to feed at the feeder in the mornings and in the evenings and then all day we had a bunny, squirrel and so many birds to keep us entertained. I must say I love my beach vacations but I’d give them up for another week here every year!!! Wellsboro is a beautiful place and we did so somethings in town but I was happy sitting on the porch.

This was such a nice little place to stay for the two of us. We had many plans to travel while staying here, but found that we cut out some of our excursions to stay and enjoy the quiet and relaxation this property provided.

Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the birds who frequented the three bird feeders and took a walk over to the meadow where we saw turkey and deer.

Would highly recommend.
